Stallholders & Exhibitors
This page is for non-food stallholders and exhibitors only.
Food and catering vendors cannot apply here and must use the Food Traders page.
If you are interested in catering at the event, please go to food and catering page instead.
Herts Pride is one of Hertfordshire’s largest LGBTQ+ celebrations, welcoming thousands of people each year.
Having a stall or exhibition space is a great way to engage with the LGBTQ+ community, share information, and showcase your organisation or business.
We welcome applications from community groups, charities, public services, businesses and sole traders who want to engage with and support the LGBTQ+ community at Herts Pride and across the County of Hertfordshire.

Before You Apply – Please Read Carefully:

-
Stall Pricing: Rates are based on the type and scale of organisation, not simply whether you are for-profit or not-for-profit.
-
Outside stalls (Market Zone): you must provide your own gazebo, tables and chairs
-
Inside stalls (Wellbeing Marquee): tables and chairs are provided
-
Stall spaces are limited and allocated by the Herts Pride team
-
This form is not for food or catering traders
Standard and Community Rates

The Standard Rate applies to most organisations, including public services (such as NHS services and emergency services), local authorities, housing associations, political parties, trade unions, community interest companies (CICs), national charities, businesses, and sole traders.

The Community Rate is limited to and prioritised for small, grassroots and volunteer-led organisations with limited funding. This may include some CICs where they are demonstrably non-profit-distributing, volunteer-led, and operating primarily for community benefit, subject to approval.

Sponsorship spaces and benefits are agreed separately in advance as part of sponsorship or support packages and do not reduce or replace community or standard stallholder allocations.

Rate eligibility is determined by the Herts Pride team and confirmed following application.

Payment Terms

Stallholder space is a participation fee for a community event and does not constitute the provision of goods or services.

Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue.

For some stallholders, immediate payment is required to secure a stall space. Where this applies, the stall space will only be confirmed once payment has been received.

Organisations that require a purchase order (PO) number must ensure this is provided promptly. PO requirements do not extend payment deadlines.

Stall allocations may be released if payment is not received within the stated timeframe.
